Joining the Board are Mandy Mungall, Chris Litwiniuk, Sue Hoole and Asif Sheikh. The four appointees were elected at our 50<sup>th<\/sup> Annual General Meeting on 23 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Mandy Mungall has over 16 years\u2019 experience in technology governance and leading transformation in highly regulated industries. Amanda joined the Harbour Homes Board to bring her experience to a mission-led, public value context.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Litwiniuk is an experienced environmental and sustainability leader with 12 years\u2019 experience helping complex organisations turn Net Zero and sustainability ambitions into practical delivery across higher education, NGO and corporate sectors. Chris will bring his particular strengths around climate strategy, carbon reporting, ESG and long-term sustainability planning.<\/p>\n<p>Sue Hoole has over 25 years\u2019 experience across corporate banking, alternative lending and real estate debt markets. Sue is keen to share her expertise to help Harbour Homes at an exciting time as we start work on our new strategy and explore potential new opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Asif Sheikh is a long-standing Harbour Homes tenant and active member of the community. Asif is a member of the Scottish Ahlul Bayt Society (SABS) who in partnership with the Hibernian Community Foundation host the \u201cPitch to Plate\u201d project, which provides multicultural meals to the local community. The events foster inclusivity and cultural unity whilst creating opportunities for social interaction.<\/p>\n<p>Our new Board Members join us at a pivotal time as we embed our new structure and begin developing our next strategic plan for 2028-2031.<\/p>\n<p>Heather Kiteley, Group Chief Executive said: \u201cI am pleased to welcome our new Board Members to Harbour Homes. Their combined expertise is an asset to us and will further strengthen our Board capabilities. Strong governance benefits our customers as it helps us to deliver the best possible services and invest meaningfully in our communities. I am immensely grateful to the time and commitment our volunteer Board Members contribute to supporting our work in Leith and north Edinburgh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The AGM also marked the retirement of Caitlin McCorry, Kevin Anderson and Liz McLean from the Board after a combined service of 24 years.
