The report shows how we\u2019ve performed against previous years, our own targets, and compared to other Scottish housing associations.<\/p>\n<p>Tenant satisfaction and tenancy sustainment remain high. This is thanks to the early intervention work of our front-line staff and Tenant Advice Service.<\/p>\n<p>While we performed well in many areas, we know there is room for improvement.
