As part of our commitment to building brilliant communities and strengthening community voices, PoLHA has contributed \u00a32,000 to this fund.<\/span><span available under the theme of addressing racial inequality. Grants under this theme are funded by Capital City Partnership (CCP). Projects eligible under this theme could be addressing racism or promoting social cohesion (a sense of the community coming together).
