We\u2019ve talked about how important it is to involve tenants in decisions about things that matter, how to do that, and what we\u2019d like <em>\u2018Involving You\u2019<\/em> to look and \u2018sound\u2019 like. We\u2019ve also eaten a fair number of sandwiches (it\u2019s hungry work!) and got to know each other a bit better.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2018Involving You\u2019<\/em> will explain what we\u2019ll do over the next three years to ask you about your home and neighbourhood, listen to your answers, change how we do things so they work well for you, and keep you updated about those changes.<\/p>\n<p>Once we\u2019ve finished writing the strategy we\u2019ll make a plan for activities for the next year \u2013 these might be things like filling out surveys, drop-in sessions to talk to housing and maintenance staff, or joining a group to work on something that needs some time and thought. We\u2019ll let you know what these are and how you can be part of them, and we hope you\u2019ll want to get involved in a way that works for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you can influence our new Tenant Participation Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To help us get this right we\u2019d love to hear what you think of the draft of <em>\u2018Involving You\u2019<\/em>, how you\u2019d like to get involved and the important issues you want to be asked about.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/harbour.scot\/homes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/Harbour-Homes-Draft-Tenant-Participation-Strategy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The draft is available to view here<\/a>.
