We provide thousands of homes for social rent across Leith, north Edinburgh and Portobello. We're proud to be helping to meet the high demand for social rent homes.
Our mid market rent homes are available to rent at a more affordable rate than the private rental sector. We also help other landlords manage their properties.
Our highly-trained engineers and tradespeople deliver repairs, maintenance, plumbing, joinery and building services across Edinburgh and beyond.
What we do
Harbour Homes and Harbour Lettings provide desirable, affordable homes for social and mid market rent in Leith, north Edinburgh and neighbouring Portobello. Harbour Multi-Trades generates income from a wide range of services to reinvest in our communities.

Our strategic plan
Traditionally Harbour has been at the forefront of creating new and large scale, mixed-tenure communities. While there are opportunities to continue this, there is recognition that the period up to 2028 will be one of consolidation to set us up for this ambition.
