Our commitments

These are our commitments as an employer:

We are a Living Wage Scotland accredited employer which means we choose to pay our employees the real Living Wage, which is higher than the UK government’s national Living Wage. This is an independently annually calculated rate by The Resolution Foundation based on an analysis of the wage that employees need to earn in order to afford the basket of goods required for a decent standard of living. This basket of goods includes housing, childcare, transport and heating costs.

We are a Living Wage Employer logo.

As a member of the disability confident scheme, we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria of the posts being advertised.
