Service update

We’re making some changes at Harbour that will help us to improve efficiency while continuing to provide our services as usual. From 1 April 2026, Harbour Connections will no longer be a part of Harbour. Instead, the services it provides will be managed by Harbour Homes or Harbour Multi-Trades.

What will change?
  • Cleaning services will be provided by Harbour Multi-Trades
  • Placemaking activities will be carried out by Harbour Homes
  • The subsidiary company Harbour Connections will be dissolved
What will remain the same?
  • All staff are moving across with us
  • Services to customers will continue as normal
Why are we making this change?

Simplifying Harbour’s structure by dissolving the subsidiary company Harbour Connections will benefit our customers by creating greater efficiency and reducing running costs. This will free up more time and resources to deliver the high standard of service our customers expect from us.

Do I need to do anything?

We’re taking care of everything behind the scenes to make this transition as smooth as possible. A letter has been sent to customers and suppliers summarising the key changes and what to expect.
