We are pleased to publish Harbour’s Strategic Plan for 2025-2028.
Traditionally Harbour has been at the forefront of creating new and large scale, mixed-tenure communities and over the last five years has focussed this within Western Harbour and Granton. While there are significant opportunities for Harbour to continue its important part in the ongoing regeneration and development of the area, there is recognition that this planning period will largely be one of consolidation to set us up for this ambition.
We are confident that a pragmatic period of consolidation will bring some stability to staff and customers, and provide a foundation for a more innovative and opportunistic future strategic plan.
In the meantime, Harbour is extremely well placed to continue playing a very active part in supporting communities and the ongoing management and maintenance of its properties.
