Our extensive client base is made up of landlords, lettings agents, housing associations, public sector organisations, private sector companies, homeowners, and developers. OUR HISTORY
“Today, we have over 50 engineers specialising in 8 different trades, and we are excited for the future of our business.
T.B. Mackay & Son was a local electrical repair company located in Stockbridge, Edinburgh, which started trading in 1936.
In 1992, Mark Milne and Sean Doherty bought T.B. Mackay & Son and expanded the company into gas and plumbing with only four engineers. The name was changed to T.B. Mackay Energy Services, and we moved to our present location in Granton House, which was built by our employees. During this time, we achieved a great deal, and were awarded the Domestic & General ‘Total Excellence & Quality Award’ for heating six times, for which we commend our fantastic staff.
In 2019, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of Port of Leith Housing Association (now Harbour Homes) and began a rebrand process. We officially changed our name to Harbour Multi-Trades in November 2022!
