We had a fantastic time at our Annual Charity Golf Day on 3 August, accompanied by some lovely weather! We had a great turnout, with our very own Harbour employees, their family and friends, as well some of our suppliers. Everyone came together for a day of fun, and most importantly, to support charity.
We are pleased to have raised a total of £480, which will be donated evenly between two incredible charities:
- CHAS who offer a full family support service for babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions.
- Steps to Hope, who offer a range of support for individuals who are homeless and/or suffering from addiction.
A huge thank you goes out to these organisations for the great work they do.
Of course, no golf day would be complete without a bit of friendly competition, and we had some great prizes to hand out. Congratulations to our winning team, the runner up, and those who won the individual categories of nearest the pin (hole 1 & 14) and longest drive (hole 8 & 18).
Thank again to everyone who attended and supported this year’s Harbour Multi-Trades Charity Golf Day… we are already looking forward to next year!
