Pay your rent
Your rent is due in advance on the 1st day of each month. There are various ways to pay and we're here to help with any questions you may have.

Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay your rent each month. Click here to download our Direct Debit form.

Visit our office
You can pay by debit card or cheque in person at our office on Constitution Street in Leith. We're open Monday to Friday, click here to check our opening times before coming along.

allpay card at a PayPoint
Use your allpay card over the counter at outlets with the PayPoint sign or at the Post Office. Click here to find your nearest PayPoint store.

allpay card online or over the phone
You can also pay with your allpay card online via the allpay website or by using their mobile app. To pay over the phone, call 0330 041 6497 with your payment card ready.
Benefits & Universal Credit
If you are on a low income or on other benefits, you may be eligible for housing benefit. Your housing officer can help you apply, or you can find more information on the City of Edinburgh Council's website.
