Each year we must inform the Scottish Housing Regulator that we have met the Regulatory Standards and Requirements. We do this by submitting an Annual Assurance Statement where we confirm our level of compliance with all the relevant requirements at section 3 of the Regulatory Framework.

You can check our Assurance Statement on the Regulator’s website.

The Charter sets the standards and outcome that we must aim to achieve for our tenants and other service users and is made up of 16 outcomes. The Scottish Housing Regulator assesses if we are meeting the Charter’s outcomes, using several Charter indicators. In May each year we submit an Annual Return on the Charter and Scottish Housing regulator then produces an annual report so show a comparison between landlords. This report in published annually in August and is available on the Regulator’s website.

Harbour Homes provide support services in our Sheltered Housing Schemes, and we are registered with the Care Inspectorate. They inspect our services and evaluate the quality of care we deliver. You can check our inspection reports on the Care Inspectorate’s website.
