Community Benefit
Every year we work with contractors and suppliers of building and business services. In many of these contracts is a community benefit clause that is designed to benefit the local community through the provision of resources and services.
Examples of community benefits include skills based volunteering, training skills transfer, and provision of materials for refurbishment.
