Every year we invite our tenants to complete a survey to find out how satisfied they are with our services and to spot opportunities to improve.
The survey will ask for your views on:
- How we communicate with you
- Accessing and satisfaction with our services
- Tenant participation
- What we add to the community
- New: The Port of Leith Housing Association brand
We are also inviting tenants to share their views on our proposed rent levels for next year.
