We’re pleased to share our Landlord Performance Report covering 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. The report shows how we’ve performed against previous years, our own targets, and compared to other Scottish housing associations.
Tenant satisfaction and tenancy sustainment remain high. This is thanks to the early intervention work of our front-line staff and Tenant Advice Service.
While we performed well in many areas, we know there is room for improvement. Priorities for the coming year include reducing relet times and increasing opportunities for tenants to influence decisions that affect them.
