Are you interested in meeting fellow tenants to help shape our neighbourhoods? Our new Tenant Voice Group will bring tenants together to share ideas, experiences and priorities which will help to strengthen our communities.
We know that work, childcare, family life, and other commitments can make it difficult to attend meetings, so we want this group to be as flexible and accessible as possible. As the group develops, we’ll be open to suggestions about meeting times, formats, and ways of getting involved.
Initial meeting dates
Daytime session
Wednesday 21 January 2026 at 12:30pm
Evening session
Thursday 22 January 2026 at 6:00pm
Both sessions will be held at Harbour’s office at 108 Constitution Street.
These first meetings will give us a chance to explain the purpose of the group, hear your ideas, and agree together on the best way forward. They’ll be relaxed and informal, and will include time to:
- Get to know one another
- Share hopes, ideas, and priorities
- Explore how people would like to be involved
- Make a few initial decisions about how we can work together
We’re keen to hear tenant voices and to make sure this group truly reflects the communities it represents. New members will always be welcome as the group grows. As a thank you for your time, food and refreshments will be provided. We can also reimburse bus or tram fares, just keep your receipt and we’ll arrange this for you.
If you’d like to attend, please email Nichola.McFall@harbour.scot to let us know which session you’re able to join.
We hope to see you there and look forward to meeting you!
